The partner application takes a few minutes when these details are to hand — most are on your SSM certificate and LHDN MyTax profile.
Before you start (takes a few minutes)
- SSM registration — legal entity name, trading name, and your company registration number (the new 12-digit format; old format too if you have it).
- LHDN e-Invoice details — Tax Identification Number (TIN), Malaysia Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC) code(s) as registered, and the email address for e-Invoice notifications. These are required by Malaysia's e-Invoicing rules. Include your Sales and Service Tax (SST) number only if you're SST-registered.
- Registered business address — as it should appear on invoices.
- Your main contact — name, role, email and mobile number of the person we should speak to.
- A rough picture of your scale — branches, approximate students by level, and estimated exam candidates per year. Estimates are fine.
Where to find them: SSM details are on your SSM certificate or e-Daftar profile; TIN and MSIC are under LHDN MyTax.
What happens after you submit
- 1Straight away — you get an email copy of your completed application and the terms you accepted, with a link to track its status.
- 2Within a few working days — a member of our team is in touch to talk through the partnership and confirm details.
- 3Once approved — your institution's GPEX Hub partner account is set up: bulk registration, live candidate status and materials ordering in one place.
