By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy & PDPA Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and users.
2. Our role and relationship with Cambridge
GPEX Central Sdn Bhd is a Cambridge English Authorised Platinum exam centre and a partner of Cambridge English. We deliver and administer Cambridge English exams and related services in Malaysia. We do not ourselves set or award Cambridge English qualifications: Cambridge sets the standards and awards the qualifications, and we operate under their authorisation as a partner centre.
3. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it for general information only. We do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free or up to date at all times, and exam rules, fees and arrangements may change. Where the details matter to a decision, please confirm them with us directly.
4. Applications and engagement
Applications submitted through this site — including partner, Speaking Examiner and Exam-Day Staff applications — are subject to our review, suitability checks and acceptance. Submitting an application does not create any agreement with us and does not guarantee acceptance, engagement or any particular outcome. We may decline or withdraw from an application at our discretion, acting reasonably.
5. Intellectual property
The GPEX name, logo and the content of this site are owned by or licensed to GPEX Central Sdn Bhd and are protected by law. "Cambridge English" and related names and logos are trademarks of Cambridge University Press & Assessment, used by us under their authorisation. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use these marks. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without our written permission, except for normal personal browsing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
7. External links
This site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies will apply.
8. Limitation of liability
